Return Policy These policies are applicable as long as the items are returned within 30 days, are unused and in original packaging, are defective from the manufacturer, or were incorrectly shipped.

Should you order an item and decide that you no longer want it, then you (the customer) are responsible for all shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee.

If you have received damaged or defective product from FedEx or UPS, please keep all original packaging and contact our customer service department immediately to receive an authorization number and the correct address to send the return. Do not accept damaged goods from freight carriers. Inspect all items before signing receipt. Contact our office within 2 days if you find hidden damage.

Refund Information Please allow time for shipping, inspection, and up to four additional business days to process your refund. Orders returned that were sent via truck (freight) do not receive shipping reimbursements and are charged the actual shipping costs in returning.

All warranty situations will be handled by the manufacturer and are subject to any changes put forth by the manufacturer. FOR CREDIT CARD ORDERS, WE REQUIRE CORRECT BILLING INFORMATION. The card holder's name as it appears on the card, the address to which statements are mailed and the home phone number of record are confirmed with the credit card issuing bank before the order is shipped.
