Return Policy These policies are applicable as long as the items are returned within 30 days, are unused and in original packaging, are defective from the manufacturer, or were incorrectly shipped.

Our Guarantee
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from Toy Stores Discounted, which is why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products*. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receipt. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will gladly give you instructions on how to proceed with a return.

Upon arrival of the returned item, a credit will be issued for the cost of the item minus the shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee. All returned products must be in their original packaging and must be returned in a never-used condition. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges.

*For health-related reasons, we cannot accept returns on gum or candy products.

*All of our vending machines are for indoor use only, unless otherwise stated. Placing machines outdoors and exposing them to rain and humidity may nullify the manufacturer warranty and our return policy.


If you have received damaged or defective product from FedEx or UPS, please keep all original packaging and contact our customer service department immediately to receive an authorization number and the correct address to send the return. Do not accept damaged goods from freight carriers. Inspect all items before signing receipt. Contact our office within 2 days if you find hidden damage.

Refund Information Please allow time for shipping, inspection, and up to four additional business days to process your refund. Orders returned that were sent via truck (freight) do not receive shipping reimbursements and are charged the actual shipping costs in returning.
Please call in to receive an authorization number and the correct address to send the return.



Manufacturer Warranty
All toys,play equiptment and other products are backed and governed by the manufacturer's warranty. All warranty situations will be handled by the manufacturer and are subject to any changes put forth by the manufacturer. Please note that we will take payment of your purchase before shipping your item out to you. Your use and purchase from this site binds you to our purchasing policy and you agree that you have read and agreed to all of our policies including those of warranty, shipping and returns.

FOR CREDIT CARD ORDERS, WE REQUIRE CORRECT BILLING INFORMATION. The card holder's name as it appears on the card, the address to which statements are mailed and the home phone number of record are confirmed with the credit card issuing bank before the order is shipped. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE BILLING ADDRESS YOU ENTER IS EXACTLY AS STATED ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT!!!

WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SHIP TO PUERTO RICO, APO/FPO, P.O. BOXES. SHIPPING PRICES LISTED ARE FOR THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES. FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE 48 CONTIGUOUS STATES, PLEASE EMAIL OR CALL FOR A FREIGHT QUOTE.
