| | Home > Shipping Info |  | Shipping Info | Most of our toys are
shipped via UPS Ground. Please allow at least 1-2 weeks for your product
to arrive. Larger items, such as playhouses, will be shipped using a
freight company and may require 2-3 weeks for delivery.
Large items shipped via a freight service are quoted as curbside
delivery. Delivery will be done by a common carrier truck. The driver is
only responsible for delivering the order to your curb. A delivery
appointment is scheduled by the freight company via the phone number you
provide in your order. No delivery should be made unless an appointment
is set. The delivery person requires your assistance in unloading the
order. Any additional services such as two-man delivery or lift gate
service are not included in the price of the freighted item. The cost of
these additional services varies from city to city. You may purchase
these additional services directly from the freight company if you
choose.
Do NOT accept damaged goods from a frieght company. Please refuse the
shipment and call our office immediately. Hidden damamge must be
reported within two days of receiving the item.
All Orders shipping to HI, Puerto Rico, Alaska or out of the Contiguous
48 States of the USA need a shipping quote. Please call or email us with
the zip code and toy or playhouse wanted. | |
